I loved the birthday a lot... I know it was not grand celebration , couple's physical intimacy like its generally shown on TV which is unrealistic. I like this birthday because it was simple and I actually could connect to it as this happened with most of us on our birthdays and was very realistic. AsYa will get alone time many in future, but this was family moment, Dilshad too loves Zoya like mother, so how can we forget her..

The fact that unknowingly Humeira who will be the only blood link Zoya wil have in future (I think Gafoor will die at end), was there which made this moment as perfect..

Even the decoration was very realistic with normal balloons (I love balloons) and all not some exotic flower, candle decoration and big fat cake which looks fake on TV most of the time at least to me..
