Next morning Ram asked Geet to come with them to inspect the place which they were planning to give her for her FH.She got ready to leave with them.All left for KC. It was first time Geet came to kC sfter yash's death .All employees knew her as a chirpy wife of Yash singh khurana who was a sober and a man of minimum words.After some time of marriage they saw their boss suddenly changing..He started to smile on little things and talked more and all knew that it was the effect of his wife .as they always wondered how their less talkative boss adjusted with such a chatter box wife.

Today they all saw a totally different Geet with Ram and Maan. They wished her and she just smiled in response.They could understand how circumstances changed her life and she was now a quite and sober girl.

Ram asked Geet to wait in his cabin..Maan asked her to wait for some time as he has to send some one to clear the space.Geet was alone in Ram's cabin.She was getting bore so she thought to take a round of the office.as he was roaming .she stopped in front of a cabin. It was Yash's cabin .She tried to open it but it was locked. She saw here and there and asked from one employee who was passing through there-Excuse me. Why this cabin is locked?

That employee knew her so he said-Maam ..Maan sir has asked to lock it.

Geet-Can I have the keys?

Employee-Maam ..Keys are with Maan sir.duplicate sets of keys are with receptionist but she is on leave today. She too is newly hired here...so I m very sorry maam

Geet-It's okey..Thanks

The employee left from there.Geet put her hand on the door of the cabin and n caressed it as she felt touching Yash there.Just then he she heard Maan-Geet

And Maan saw Geet standing at the cabin of Yash.Geet heard him and turned and tried to smile as wanted to show that she was fine.maan could understand but he thought to ignore at that time and said-Come ..let's see the place where you are going to start your work.

Geet nodded-Hmm chaliye. Both entered the lift and Maan asked liftboy to take ground floor.

Lift stopped at ground floor and both came out of the lift. They entered a big hall room .

Workers were doing their work .they were making that place empty. so many card board cartons were lying there.all were being removed from there.some employees were supervising the workers so that they could do the work fast.

Geet -Maan this is too big for a new person like me.How will I manage here? I need small place only.

Maan-Geet tailor ki shop nahin kholni hai. FH kholna hai, It has to be big and attractive.it should have the charm to attract the customers.

Geet-But how can I handle this big space alone?

Maan-who said you are alone.we all will be there for you .I have asked my PA to search suitable staff for you. I m planning to open it as this is the FH of Khuranas. It has to be as beautiful as khuranas offices are known to be.

Geet-But It will cost a lot for you.agar main nahin kar paayi to aapka to loss ho jaayega.

Maan-Maan one lesson first..We Khuranas never start a work on a negative thought .we never thought of any loss.any work we start has to be proven only profitable.so don't worry.shuru me mushkil aayegi phir theek ho jaayega. He made her the tour of the place and while talking to her he turned and ..and .. and.. he was lying flat on the floor on his back.Geet mouth was wide open to see him on he floor.Workers were stunned to see their boss in that position. And the worker who was the reason for his fall was standing there with his trambling feet.His job was gone today.he was ready to cry. That worker was carrying a carton. The carton was big so his eyes couldn't see what was in front of him.Maan too came there and turned without seing at him.

Maan was about to shout on him for his carelessness but a loud sound of sweet laughter echoed in the the hall. He was listening that laughter after months. There was a time when Km experienced that laufhter every now and then.but it disappeared from there since that fatal accident happened.Maan looked at Geet she was laughing to see him lying on the floor.He was masmarised with that laughter. He was still on the floor and looking at her without blinking his eyes.But the employees were so scared .first their boss was on floor and second -someone was laughing loud at him and making the fun of their boss. they were waiting for some reaction from their boss.

Geet while laughing saw every one starring at herself and she stopped. She looked at Maan he was still on floor starring her.

Geet-Wo I .. I m sorry.wo kya hai na aapko aise dekh kar hansi aa gayi

Maan-If I knew that my fall could make you laugh ...to main to kab ka gir jata..

Geet smiled and again said-Sorry..and now get up..

The worker-Sir I m very sorry .maine aapko dekha nahin.. please maaf kar dijiye ..

One more person too witnessed that whole scene and he came in .He was Ram.He was here to see if Geet liked the place or not .His secretary was following him.

Ram-Nahin aaj tumhen maafi maangne ki zaroorat nahin hai.You have done a good job today.He gave some money to him .this is for you.

Worker was puzzled now .How can some one be so happy to see his son on ground that he is offering money for him?

Ram -rakh lo aaj sach me tumne wo kaam kiya jo hum nahin kar paaye

Ram called his secretary and gave him 5000 rs .He ordered him to distribute the sweets in the office.The secretary was surprised.

Ram-Aaj khushi ka din hai .bahut dino baad ghar ki raunak lauti hai.Aaj office me hamaari beti ki hansi sunaayi di hai..this is to celebrate that.The secretary understood Maan too smiled to hear his father and he signaled the secretary to follow the orders and he left to buy the sweets..Geet too understood and said-Papa ye sab kya ...

Ram cut her-Geet I m so happy today .We all were missing this Geet..and Geet's eyes were again ready to be welled up but Ram stopped ..Geet ..No.. Please...mere 5000 rs.waste ho jaayenge..agar tum royi to... and Geet again smiled and Ram said-That's my daughter.. Do you like this place?

Geet-Yes papa , but it's too big..

Ram-No problem soon you will feel that it is small for you as you are going to be so good in your profession.

Geet-Thanks papa for showing too much confidence on me.

Ram-we all know that you have that potential Geet. Ab tum ghar jaao .tumhen packing bhi karni hai na ..kal tum apni mamma ke paas ja rahi ho na.Maan ask the driver to drop her at home.

Maan-ya sure... and he called the driver and asked him to drop Geet at home.At home priya asked about office and Geet told her that it was nice and she liked that.

Taiji was there .She couldn't stop herself from saying-haan pasand kyun nahin aayega .Kitni ladkiyon ki kismat itni achchhi hoti hai ki uske saas sasur uske baare me itna sochte hain wo bhi tab jab unka beta bhi unhen chhod kar chala gaya ho. Aksar log apni bahu ko mayke pahuncha dete hain .

Priya-Taiji..badkismat hote hain aise log jo itni pyari beti ko thukra dete hain.Beta to chala hi gaya beti ko to kam se kam mat jane do.bete ki nishani hai wo hamaare liye.

Geet was never affected by taiji's comments.Neither when Yash was alive nor now when she lost him.she learnt it from yash to how to ignore taiji.But she was touched by priya's reply to taiji.

She smiled and said to Priya-Maa I m luckier to have you and papa as my inlaws who are more than my parents to me.

Priya- we shouldn't talk about it now.we all are one so we don't need to say what we feel about each other.Hmm .. ab jaao aur jaane ki tauiyaari karo.

And geet left for her room.Taiji could see her grip losing it's hold on the family.All had started to neglect her. Was it Geet's effect ? She fumed at her own thoughts.

In the evening Ram and Maan returned from office .Ram had some sweets with him to feed all the family meembers.He gave sweets to Anie and asked her to give them to all including servants.Priya asked-Sweets..what is the ocassion?

Ram-Aaj office me bahut dino baad hansi ki awaaz sunaayi di..we all were missing that laughter.

Geet was embarrassed at that-Papa please itni bhi badi baat nahin thi. Wo to Maan ko dekh kar mujhe hansi aa gayi thi and she laughed one more time to remember the scene of Maan lying on the floor.

Now Maan was embarrassed and all except taiji were smiling to see geet laughing...

All spent their evening together. Later Geet helped Suresh and Priya in kitchen in cooking dinner.

Next morning Geet was ready to leave for her parental house with Ram and Maan.She took the blessings from Taiji nad priya.

Priya- hamesha khush raho Geet.and come back soon .we all will miss you.

Geet-Maa I too will miss you... jaldi wapas aaungi.

Anie-Bhabhi If I get bore here I will too join you at your mother's home

Geet raised her eyebow-really? You are always welcome there Anie.

And Anie was shy to understand her meaning ..

Ram- chalo Geet we are getting late .rahul and Gautam ji will be waiting for you

Geet-Yes papa.. and all left from there.

Gautam-Geet chalo is bahaane tum yahaan aayi to otherwise you have forgotten us all.

Geet-No papa nothing is like that..ab to main aa gayi hoon na.

Rahul-Haan but me and papa are going so we are going to miss you there.Miane kitne din se tujhse jhagda nahin kiya.I wanted to fight with you like before.

Ram-No problem Rahul after coming back I will give you some time to fight with her.Don't worry.

Gautam-Sudha take care of your self..Geet keep a watch on her .she is feeling unexpected ups and down in her BP.

Geet-Papa ..don't worry I will take care of her.

Maan-Uncle please relax..we all are here and I will again come in the evening to see them.

Sudha-Nahi Maan you don't need to

Maan-That means you don't want me to come here.

Sudha-Arrey when did I say that?you can come here anytime.It's your home too.

Gautam and Rahul left after instructing Sudha again and again for taking care of her health.

In the evening Maan came while returning from office.Asked Geet and Sudha if they needed some thing.

Geet-Thanks Maan for coming .we are fine.

Sudha-Haan beta.yahaan sab theek hai .Geet ke papa to yun hi chinta kar rahe the.

They had tea together and after spending some time with them Maan left.

At night Ram informed Maan to attend a meeting next day which was in some government office.It was very urgent and Ram wanted maan to attend that meeting as he was the one who was going to handle the business alone in future.Maan agreed..Ram had another meeting to attend ..

Next day Maan went to attend the meeting .Though it was a government office so mobile were not allowed to be carried in side for some security reasons.Maan switched off his phone and deposited it at the reception and went to attend the meeting.

At HM

Geet woke up little late. she felt some uneasiless earlier at night as she was sleeping in her room after a long time. But after changing her sides for few hours she slept.She went in kitchen and wished Sudha good morning.

Sudha- Geet uth gayi.Neen theek se aayi ya nahin?

Geet -Mamma you know raat mujhe asa laga jaise main kisi nayi jagah par hoon.aisa kyun. I have spent years here only.

Sudha-Geet you are now used to sleep in KM so you found it uneasy.aur haan I m going to do some work you too take your bath and we will have breakfast together.

Geet-Okey Mamma.. and she went..

Geet came after having her bath. Servants had cooked the Breakfast.She was waiting for Sudha to come and then all heard a loud sound of someone falling on the floor with some other heavy thing.the sound came from Sudha's room.Geet and the servants rushed to see what had happened.They saw Sudha lying on the floor of tha bathroom.She had fainted.and the washbasin which she held for support was too on the floor which hit on her leg. Sudha's lef was bleeding and it had swalled too.

Geet shouted -Mamma... and she rushed to hold her. But was unable to make her stand servants helped her to bring Sudha out from the baath room.

Geet was so scared to see her mother in that state.She was here to take care of her and it was first day and she was injured..She couldn't think anything and she dialed Maan's no.It was switched off. She tried again but the result was the same.She didn't have time so she sprinkled some water on Sudha's face.she opened her eyes .

Geet-Mamma what happened? Aap gir kaise gayi

Sudha-Geet I was in washroom .My head spinned and I fell down .My foot slipped on wet floor and it's painig a lot.nujhe lagta hai ki fracture ho gaya hai

Geet-Mamma you don't worry.I will take you to the hospital.and she tied a bandage on sudha's wound and with the help of servants she brought her in to the car.she started the car and reached the hospital.There she made her admitted and doctor told after examining Sudha that she she had an hair line fracture in her leg as heavy washbasin fell on it.They informed Get about puttin the plaster on the leg.They also informed her that her mother's blood pressure shoot up so they will keep her under observation to control her BP .Geet gave her consent.

Geet tried again to call Maan but her phone's battery was low and trying Maan's no again and again finally phone went off.Geet requested on the reception to make an important call as her phone's battery was discharged.

She called office and asked about Maan.The receptionist was new and hadn't met with Geet. The day Geet went to office she was on leave. Receptionist told her that Maan sir was out for some meeting .Geet asked about Ram and she told that he too was in meeting and she wasn't allowed to go in as Ram sir has ordered her for not disturbing them at any cost.

Geet asked the for the no.of the office where maan was but in reply the reception asked her-May I know who you are to Maan sir.

Geet-I m his brother's wife.

Receptionist-Maam why are you lying ? Maan sir doesn't have any brother so how can you be his brother's wife? I m sorry maam I can't give you the no. of that office if Maan sir knows he will fire me as I got this job after so many efforts...and she cut the phone.

Geet didn't have the time to react on receptionist's answer.her mother was her priority. So she went back .Sudha's plaster was done and she was shifted in to the room.

When Geet was talking from the reception phone a nurse was standing there. And now same nurse was there in the room with Sudha.she didn't heard the whole conversation between Geet and receptionist on phone as she was talking to some one else that time.But she could see that Geet was very disturbed while talking on the phone and wanted to talk to some one urgently ...

Sudha-Geet did you call some one .

Geet-Yes Mamma I called Maan but right now he is in some meeting. I have left a message for him.I m sure he will come soon.You don't worry. Main hoon na.Maan bhi aa jaayenge.You just relax.your BP is already high it will shoot up and you will be in trouble.

Geet was alone so she had to rush every where be it to bring madicines or to talk with doctors or to console her mother as Sudha too was worried for Geet seeing her alone doing all works.She was hungry since morning and hadn't have anything. She asked Geet to have some thing but Geet refused as she was not feeling hungry.She was waiting for Maan.She couldn't inform gautam and Rahul as it will be impossible for them to come here and they would be tensed to know about the condition of Sudha..And Sudha was amazed to see Geet handling everything so maturely.she couldn't beleave that she was her same daughter who was so pampered and never took life so seriously.
