I know everyone has given their opinion and its become a bit redundant but I wanted to list the 3 issues that I had with Salman in the latest episode...I am not going to mention anything from the previous episodes.
In this recent episode, he pointed out the flaws in Tanisha and also asked Armaan a few questions after the caller. I am fine with that. In my opinion he should be giving very little feedback to the contestants...so what he did was enough. Tanisha/Armaan do ji hazuri and say they are sorry and Salman sir is right..so Salman cannot target them any further. Agreed.
But here are the 3 issues I had:
1. Sophia walking away when Gauhar was talking issue - OK so Gauhar talks a lot and doesn't listen to others but if she had a problem with Sophia walking away then it was absolutely justified. What if Gauhar had done that to Tanisha? Or what if Gauhar does that to Salman..and just doesn't respond to his questions? Will he be fine with that? No right? It is mannerless to walk away when someone is talking to you. So I don't understand why he cited this incident while blaming Gauhar. Any sane human being would not just agree with Salman on this and argue back..which is what Gauhar did.
2. Gauhar's "just a face" comment on Elli - how can Salman judge the intentions of someone and then claim that this is what the whole of Hindustan is thinking? How fair is that? Most people didn't even make a big deal out of that comment...and there was an uncensored video of kamya,gauhar and pratyusha discussing the "just a face" comment and they clearly mentioned that she is just a face because others (team members) are using her in the task. So it was wrong of Salman to throw this allegation at Gauhar and claiming it as what Hindustan thinks made it even worse.
3. Kushal's comment about the sorry - I have seen that interview. It was mentioned very casually. He was talking about how he has no issues at all with Salman Khan, he said that Salman also said lots of positive things about me which were not shown for some reason and he also said sorry..so no issues. I idolize him. That's pretty much how it went. The media started making headlines out of it...and Salman's ego was hurt. Salman being 20 years older than Kushal and experienced with media should have checked what was the context of the statement and he could have talked to Kushal. Also he could have made a press statement himself to clear that he didn't apologize to Kushal. If he wanted to mention it on the show then it didn't need to be in front of the contestants who have no clue whats going on outside. Why was he telling them that?
These 3 things disappointed me the most and this is why I feel he is still targeting Kushal/Gauhar. His ego has been hurt.
For those who keep saying that Gauhar argues back and thats why he gets angry..I am sorry..as a host he should be ready to hear from the contestants about what they feel..not everyone is going to just give a fake apology and say "yes sir. you are correct". He is a star but that doesn't mean that people cannot voice their opinion against him.
Ready for the feedback. I know it doesn't matter because Salman fans will bash me either ways...but just for the record..I was a Salman fan and still feel that no one can host the show better than him if he can be unbiased. But these days he is being unfair!
