You know that moment when everything in the world seems like it is against you? That very moment when even the little hope you've held, escapes? The painful memory of looking back knowing you have made the biggest mistake of your life, but there is no chance of fixing it. As I am seated on the ground in my home, surrounded by cans of liquor, I wonder, is there purpose? What was the need for chaos's?
Honestly I could care less anymore because the can I am holding is the only answer to my problems right now. A good swig of it and everything else fades taking away the pain that seems to be stored in my body.
My drifted drooped low as the liquor finally began to sink in to my system. A slight hazy smile spread across my face as I let myself get lost in the aroma around the house. Just like when I am lost in her presence every time I see her. Those beautiful brown eyes, twinkling each time they make contact with my own. She was the only hope inside of me that never escaped. Even if I tried to run away her beautiful light followed me everywhere.
I need her... I want her right now dammit...
'Well I am right here,' I heard a soft whisper brush against my right ear. She was here... I told you didn't I? Her light followed me everywhere I went.. 'What are you doing here?,' I asked her reaching out to touch her soft face. Oh how I loved the feel of her skin against mine.
'The door was open... Why are you doing this? Look at this mess... Why are you hurting yourself and myself?,' her broken voice spoke out to me. 'I am just really tired..,' I said trying to reason with her, but she glared and looked the other way.
I reached out to her, 'I am really sorry... I-'
'You know,' she began, 'when we first met I never knew how much deep our bond would go. Honestly I didn't even expect to be this close with you... I never expected anything.. I never knew that the moment I walk in to this office, my entire fate would change. Things happen- feelings you never imagine crops up. Unexpected obstacles comes across our way to destroy us. We fall, fail, get accused; that's life.'
'But I am so tired..'
She grabbed a hold of my shirt and pulled me close, her fiery brown eyes burned in to my soul.
'Well stop being tired, get back up and move forward Arnav Singh Razaida. Stop killing yourself and work yourself up again. Why are you so caught up in this negative crap when you can't see the love that is been shed upon you? Your friends, your family... me...,' she said the last part in a whisper. Tears sprung out of my eyes and I lost control. The next thing I knew was myself flinging in to her arms, and her tiny hands holding me. The warmth from her body engulfed my being. Every second of torment that I felt, diminished from the peace, that was diffusing from her to myself.
'You are every thing to me... Don't fall in to darkness when I am holding on to you because if you do... I will fall with you.'
'I love you...', I whispered in to her heart. She pulled away and cupped my face. 'If you do, then bring my Arnav back.'
My fingers touched her lips, 'I am coming back for you, Khushi. Just for you...'

Also I apologize for being so quiet with my writing lately. Life gets in the way and writers block. Bloody writers block. *sigh. Sorry. Will try to come back soon with updates.
