Ruslaan said in one interview that he was getting offers for TV but he was not selecting it. Goldi behal is a film producer also and Ruslaan mentioned that he has worked with this production team before and when he got an offer from them he accepted it this time. Just before this show started Ruslaan's movie "i dont love you " also released which inspite positive critics reviews wasnt successful at box office...i guess this must have been the reason for accepting this role...also there was a recent article that Ruslaan is flooded with film offers after this show and producers are not just offering him hefty fees but also ready to wait for him until this show wraps up and he is back in films.
