firstly has tulsi really realised that kt has been raped? or is it jus one of those scenes where it looks something and is something else?

secondly do u guys think that kt might become pregnant?

The show never mentioned that kt is pregnant. So I don't think she is pregnant. Maybe if ekta changes her mind then maybe she can be pregnant.

Well when ansh raped nandani - nandani got pregnant with Bhoomi and so Eklavya will be blamed for the rape of KT because the history of his father Ansh and so everyone will suspect him and den Tulsi will have to tell the truth to Bhoomi about how she came onto this world and why she thinks Eklavya raped KT. I don't think KT will be pregnant but you never know Ekta's plans. She may decide to repeat history like what happened to Nandini
