Ashmit Patel's going gaga over green blood these days. He is referring to wheat grass, which he has taken to growing in his house. It takes patience to be Ashmit the grass gardener though. Ashmit takes seven pots and puts wheat in them, one pot a day thereby getting wheat grass growing the following week. 'It is easy,' he says. ' You cut them a couple of inches from the soil and use them twice to make juice before replanting wheat in the pot. Wheat grass juice in the morning is a great rejuvenator.'
Now, is that the secret of his glowing skin these days?👏
