Look Resham is MA trustworthy bandhi so instade of MA or Adham's aadesh she can't follow anyone's order soo I think Adham and Sharifuddin behind this conspiracy
and due to Sharbat's effect + Jodha faint Kwaja sera will make wrong conclusion that Jodha may get pregnant Becoz as we all know Kwaja sera suggested Jalal about Body heat n all so I think she misunderstood and comes on this wrong diagnosis
