Long back when Sati track was going on I used to always wonder as to why the relationship between Rishi Kashyap, Diti, Aditi, Devas and Daityas was ignored.
I particularly remember the scene where Daksh had organized a mahasabha and Indra had called Rishi Kashyap by his name. "Hum apse sehmat nahi hain Rishi Kashyap" something like that and didnt refer him as "Pitaji". Similarly Aditi who is the mother of Devas was shown as if she has no kids.
Recall the scene where Sati Aditi and Khyati invite Indra to their palace. I was thinking Aditi is his mom and why is she treating him as a guest? That way Sati would become Indra's mausi.
Also Prajapati Daksh is grandfather of Devas and Daityas. Still he treated asurs as his enemies.
With this we also come to a conclusion that:
Since Devas and Daityas are born from the same father, they are soul brothers. Atleast in Mahabharat Pandavs and Kauravs were cousins. But devatas and daityas are soul brothers. I wonder y they are enemies.
Now finally the time has come for the faceoff between Diti and Rishi Kashyap. I'm glad that this unexplored relationship has been brought to the fore. I was happy to see Diti calling herself as Indra's mausi and refering aditi as her sis and as indra's mother.
Really excited for monday's episode to see the unexplored relations btwn Rishi Kashyap and diti coming to the fore. I wish CV's even bring back Aditi and complete the family where Devatas Daityas are a single family with their parents Rishi Kashyap Aditi and Diti.
