They died in an accident when she was young. Nothing more has been told about them. Ganga told this when Jagiya brought her to BH.

Ganga was married to ratan Singh as BV and she was brought up by her uncle who forced her to marry ratan Singh for money...parents died when she was very little...

They did not show who Ganga's parents were - not even a photo (perhaps deliberately to bring a twist later), we only know that she lived with her mama-mami and her parents died when she was young.
