sojal calls him bhauji and today shlok addressed him as tumhari.. my question is shlok elder than sojal...

In Marathi language they use tu ,tumhara for talking to elders also...seen in many shows with Marathi backdrop

shlok is 24 yr old, i think he and sojal are age fellows but she calls him bauji out of respect or may be agnihothri family's bahu do not all her BIL by name

In India we do not call the SIL or BIL by their names even if they are way younger to us. We always refer them as 'Bhaiyya' (elder brother) & 'Didi' (elder sister) to give them respect, irrespective of their age.
