Episode Review 06/11: Antara ke bharose ki jeet

I can't say how relieved and happy I am after watching tonight's episode. As much as I was trying to be optimistic after the precap yesterday, when the episode was nearing my heart beats started raising, and I was in a bad state thinking of what would happen... But I must thank CVs and the writers for putting my fears to rest.

Have I ever mentioned how much I love that gangster-wala background score of Raghu? I am so happy to hear it played again, and I realize how much I missed that tough, gunda Raghu. As filmy as it was, the fight scene was truly awesome. Ayaz Ahmed is one of the best when it comes to stunt sequences, and I really would love to see him in more of such scenes. Raghunath Naik, the man who solely beats up the goons of Shetty, would have taken on those buffoons quite easily, but it is only because the cowards attack him from the back that he falls, that too only temporarily. Raghu doesn't break his promises, and more so, if it is made to Antara. He had promised to be with her to break her fast, and he just could not break that promise. The biggest mistake those idiots committed was taunting his love, and daring to touch what Raghu holds dear to his heart. The chunni and bangles that he bought for his beloved. Raghu does not care for his injuries, or his pain, but dare someone even touch what belongs to his Ms. Kaul... Oh, what will Satya's fate be if he dares to hurt Antara in anyway? He'll never be able to escape Raghu's wrath.

" Intezaar karna Miss Kaul... Aaj agar maut ko bhi peecha chodna pade na, toh peecha chodke aayega..." What a powerful dialogue! Bravo, Mr. Shobit Jaiswal! I hadn't taken your name in my reviews for a while now, but tonight, I just couldn't help but mention you.

Thank You Antara, for proving me right, and reinstating my hopes on this show! You just proved again today that, come what may, you will always belong only to Raghu. Phattu will try all he can to get Antara, but he'll never be successful, and this was proved again tonight. The fact that Phattu gave water to Antara is only symbolic of the fact that he is still an obstacle in Rantara's path and that we will have to bear him for a while before Rantara reunite... But Antara is, and will always be only Raghu's. Antara spat out the water that Phattu gave her, and that's the value he has in her life. Water=life. It is only Raghu who will be able to make her drink that drop of life. It is only Raghu who will be her zindagi, her love. It was truly the victory of her love, her belief that her Raghu will never leave her alone. That he will always be there on time to give her that new lease of life, whenever she needs him. And he never will leave her, even if she decides to walk away from him.

If yesterday was Ayaz's show, tonight both Ayaz and Nikita share the credits. Nikita was truly awesome in the episode. The way she spit out that water, the way she feels Raghu approaching and her eyes lights up, and how she slowly walks towards him, and he towards her! How beautiful was that Rantara scene! The slight tears in the eyes of both... the hugs... Antara's concern at spotting blood on his fingers...

"Ye toh sirf kharoch hai... mit jaaegi teri mohabbat se... tere pyaar se..." Yes, Antara's love is the relief to all Raghu's wounds...

"Rasta bhatak gaya tha... par ab laut aaya hoon.. sahi raste pe... sahi manzil pe... tere paas..."

The path to reach her is the only right path for him, and her love is his only manzil... He might have got lost for a while, with his eyes clouded with guilt, but now he is back... He has chosen the right path, the one that leads him to her...

'Raghu wapas lauta hai... Ab sab theek hai..." In future too, it will be when he returns to their lives that all will be well for them. He might have been unknowingly a cause to their misery, but then, he is the only answer to their wellness too... And they will all realize this, sooner or later.

"Chal bhaagke shaadi kar lete hai, ab ek pal bhi tujhse door nahi reh sakta..." Aww Raghu, how I wish you would do that! I guess we are not that lucky right now.

I'd conclude with a comparison of Mrs.Kaul-Raghu interaction on the phone yesterday, and Mrs.Kaul-Satya interaction in the temple today. Both scenes had a temple as the backdrop, yet there is one great difference. Raghu yesterday entered the temple as a weak, tormented soul, but after his talk with Mrs.Kaul over the phone, he emerges out of the temple a stronger man... However, Satya today entered the mandir a happy, satisfied person thinking he managed to win by giving Antara water... but his talk with Mrs.Kaul only leaves him dissatisfied and riled up, with the knowledge that Antara did not drink the water he gave her, and that Raghu managed to escape and reach there on time.

Precap: So Aman resurfaces... Well, it is interesting to know what role he plays in the story now, and he better have a meaty role. Ruksana is enough in this story as an accessory, I don't want Aman to be turned into another one.

I just loved today's episode. Though I was bit concerned yesterday whether Cv's would do something off the mark, I just had to keep the faith in Rantara and thank god. I really hope the TRP's go up for all the hype they are trying recently. Niyaz you guys are awesome. I loved Raghu's scene in the temple yesterday and today the fight scene was so good. He emoted so well the pain and the strength he derives from his love. Like he said he would fight even his death to be near her. He has found a way for his redemption & that is to give her all the happiness in the world, to protect her from everything & to be around for her always. It is so true, he is going to be Mr.Kaul for the family & will do everything for them. I loved Antara today. Even in her weak state, she didn't give up to Satya. Now in her anger towards Raghu, why should she ? I don't think so, I think she will be forced to marry Satya like he did today. She might be in his grips for sometime but will fight back. Her love for Raghu is too strong for her to ignore, she needs him to breathe.

I loved the Rantara scene today after Raghu comes back. Cv's thank you and Niyaz, I just adore you. Raghu I really want you to elope with her and marry her soon...take her away from this Satya & DM. I felt a pain in my heart when Raghu said those words, you have such a long way to go before you can make her yours Raghu. But he will be there for her always, no matter what happens.

Antu's mom is going to play a huge role in Rantara's life, mainly Raghu's life. I think she will understand him and will forgive him. DM wants Aman to tell the truth to Antara, but before she can play her game Satya is ready with his own game. Who will counter whose act ?

No, no one has left the show, at least not yet. I think Genie is away.. and catty is still watching, but I guess she is a little busy.😊
