Mohit Malik and Siddharth Arora have opted out of their telly shows owing to delays.
Mohit quit Suvreen Guggal " Topper of The Year to play the lead in a bi-weekly show, which will be produced by the makers of CID on a leading channel. Says a source, "Mohit was all set to start shooting for the new show, but it is getting delayed for numerous reasons. There was a lot of confusion due to which he had to opt out." Mohit confirms the news.
On the other hand, Siddharth was finalised to play the central character in Sudhir Sharma's next, revolving around a female singer and male lyricist. But he left it for producer Pearl Grey's show. Siddharth was last seen in Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuchh Kaha Season 2 by the same producer.
Informs the source, "The production house took some time to finalise the lead girl and the shooting was set to commence soon. However, Siddharth chose to take up another project." The actor didn't comment on the news.
