I was rolling my eyes when Jodha went in her usual ghrina/ego mode. She fails to address the Shenshah and starts of with 'Aap yahan??'. Before he can even come up with usual "Hum shenshah/shuahar hai, waqt ke mahutaza nahin', she fires off that don't expect any gratitude from me. Jalal wouldn't even dare to have any such expectations, he knows your teekha nakchada temper way too well. She blames him for breaking one promise, so what if he kept one. Jalal whose feelings for Jodha are growing stronger day-by-day, had no choice but to clear her doubts. He covers it up by saying that as a shenshah he could not see her suffer too much. Is that the only reason Jalal to clarify her doubts? I feel you know that if this doubt was NOT cleared Jodha would always hold a grudge against you. It matters to you as to what Jodha thinks and feels for you. By clearing the doubt, you made sure that Jodha's feeling and thoughts about you are uplifted. BTW Jalal, I loved your punishment for Jodha about not clarifying the doubt. She had indeed gone far ahead with her imagination. I still feel you are too kind to her and we all know its because you care. I think this clarification of doubt is going to free up Jodha from a fictitious world she had created. Where she gave Jalal all black shades and kept finding reasons to hate him. She is now understood what Jalal is made of and all the good acts Jalal did in Amer are going to shine inside her and free her from the ghrina. The imaginary world she created is going to be replaced by the real Jalal who keeps his word, protects her family's honor, loves kids and genuinely praises her qualities.
Jalal is finding it hard to stay away from Jodha. It was so easy in Amer to see her anytime, but in Agra he will need a book of '101 reasons to visit Jodha '. He visits her and finds Ruqu/MA are also there. Jodha does NOT need your protection here though buddy. She was handling the two ladies fine and was not one bit concerned about changing her religion. I love this Jodha who does NOT bend easily and does not go mum out of fear. Jodha is smart in realizing that its not a trivial matter and puts her trust in ammijaan to make the right decision. Jalal is amazed at her decision, this certainly indicates that in future Jodha will be responsible for bridging the gap between Jalal and his ammijaan. Ruqu and MA are going to be getting lot of heart attacks as Jalal's feelings for Jodha are becoming more and more visible. He and his ammijaan seem to be constantly defending Jodha no matter what. I guess the next few weeks we might see the two witches plan things against Akdha. Hoping now that Jodha is out of her fictious Jalal world she will not fall easily for their eveil plans.
Hamida is my next favorite character afte Jalal in this show. She did me proud again by coming up with a sneaky powerful plan. She shushes up Ruqu about her repeated pleas for converting Jodha's religion. Jodha is relieved as she knew her ammijaan would not ask her to convert unless that was the best option. But, her ammijaan actually knew this was NOT the best option. Hamida knew that the religious heads were capable of throwing Jalal out of his throne. She did not want that to happen and at the same time did not want Jodha to be forced into accpeting a religion. On top of it her son had given a word to Jodha about keeping her religion. She immediately contacts the honorable maulvi in Ajmer sharif for help. MA, you do NOT know what Hamida is made of and will never find out either. First she surprises you by throwing a bomb of converting Jodha. Then, later she gives you a shock by admitting to Jodha about her plan. Hamida was the star of today's episode. She gracefully saves her son, king and daughter-in-law. How wonderful was her solution when compared to Ruqu/MA forcing Jodha? Jalal's solution wasn't that great either, he was willing to give up his throne. I hope there is a scene where Jalal talks to his ammijaan and conveys his gratitude for solving this matter perfectly.
Jalal loves to tease his begums, be it Ruqu or Jodha. Why, he even admitted that it is better than winning 100 wars. OMG, Ruqu fell for it and is really concerned now. How come Ruqu? You forgot about your logic that Jalal plays with his toys for few days and then always comes back to you. I wonder if Jalal is NOT going to clarify that nothing happened between him and Jodha. This will be Ruqu's punishment for thinking so low about him. Imagine how jealous Ruqu and MA are going to be. They had thought that once Jalal plays with Jodha, he is going to loose interest. They don't know that he has not played with Jodha yet (:-)! So, when he continues to show interest in Jodha they are going to get a shock of their life. Why does Jalal want to play with this toy again and again? Keeping thinking ladies as Jalal is never going to clarify that doubt.
Precap: We see Jodha is out of her fictious Jalal hate world and has entered into the real 'Jalal is not bad' world. She is making a joke out of Jalal's usual praises for her and could make Jalal laugh. They looked like cute adorable husband and wife. I thought Jodha would never let me live to see this day. Thanks Jodha for giving me this happiness in life!
