He might have change since his role in the show, he is not doing much except romancing and touching so he might have like it onscreen and transferred to offscreen as well.

Lol for me it is the eyes.. i always saw something in rubina and avinash eyes. Lol not how they sit together 😆 but nice observation..about relationships.
