It starts out by showing the four chachas putting the bodies of both the maaji and babuji in the car, and then moved the car down the cliff and threw it down there to make it look like an accident.
Vikram gets a phone call from the police station and finds out that there was an accident and that both his mother and father are dead . 
We know that it was the chachas who shot and killed them and then made it look like an accident, but there really wasn't one. 
In the next scene, they showed Kalika and Vikram and the four chachas and the dadi in white clothes as well and Kalika is crying so much. Everyone is crying and Kalika finds out that babuji and maaji were coming to see her. She started to get pains in her stomach. Vikram is worried and tells her that he will take her to the hospital but the dadi and Raj get worried and end up saying that things like that happen to women when they are pregnant, and that babuji had heard about her pregnancy and were so happy about it, that they were coming when the accident occured. She tells Raj to take Kalika home.
Now we see a jump of 7 months later when Vikram is at his house looking for some property papers for the house it seems. He is looking in the room where his father kept files, and stumbles upon a file that states Kalika's medical statements around the time she was shot by Vasu. In the report, it stated that Kalika would be in danger if she had a baby. Vikram begins to think that perhaps this was the real reason why on that fateful day, his father was going to see Kalika, to tell her the truth that she could not have a child and if she did, her life would be in danger. He calls the doctor who made the report and asked him, and the doctor told him that yes at that time he couldn't take out the bullet from Kalika's uterus, but if it were taken out, she could be pregnant now and have kids, but if she didn't have the bullet taken out, Kalika's life would be in danger if she became pregnant. Vikram runs straight to Kalika's house to warn her. Meanwhile, Kalika is telling Raj that she wants to go out of the house to buy clothes for the baby. She has a big belly at this point. Raj tells her no you go by yourself, and all of the sudden Dadi comes out of nowhere and tells him that he is going to take Kalika and that he shouldn't say no to her. He should go and treat her, let her eat what she wants and so he reluctantly agrees and takes her.
While Kalika and Raj are gone, Vikram comes to their home to warn Kalika. The four chachas are telling Dadi that he's here and what to do. She goes downstairs and he is asking where is Kalika, its important because the doctors have said that she is in danger. Dadi just says that doctors will say anything for money and that she is not any danger. He asks again where is she, and she tells him that Kalika is not home she is out with Raj. The chacha's are using their powers and one has the power to morph into the splitting image of anyone, and thus, he morphed into the splitting image of Kalika. He (as Kalika) is telling Vikram to leave and is being cold to him. Vikram understands that this is not the real Kalika and says so. He is about to leave when the one with the red necklace tells him to stop and he shows the fake Kalika turn back into one of the other chachas. He is shocked 
when he sees their powers. The chachas introduce themselves and tell Vikram that once, he was like them and that he should come back and join them and be like them again. They take out their hands and tell him to come to their side. Vikram sees this, and says no. He was once a part of it, but when he opened his eyes, he realized that this was not what he was and that he is good. He turns to leave but the chachas each use their magic on him and paralyze him from moving. Then one of them magically gets a black bat like stick and comes and hits him in the head and Vikram is unconscious.
It seems that two months has passed yet again in just one episode. Vikram is in the hospital and his sister and little brother (or whoever that little boy is) is there are there with him. He gets up and starts thinking about what the doctor said and what the report said about Kalika and gets out of the hospital, even though everyone is trying to stop him from leaving. Vikram calls the police and they go with him to Kalika's house. Meanwhile, Kalika is having labor pains, so the chachas, Raj, and Dadi starts to take her out of the house when one of the chachas see that Vikram has arrived with the police. They all run and take Kalika with them. Kalika is crying out with pain and she asks them where they are taking her, since they are not taking her to the hospital like Dadi said they were going to 
. One of the chachas (the one who turned into Kalika) starts to use his magic and makes a wind so that he can blow away the inspectors and Vikram away but it doesn't work. They still go through and he stops and runs away. The dadi and chachas and Raj take Kalika to a nurse in the back of their house where she delivers the baby. In the end of the episode, we hear the cry of a baby and then they show the nurse has the baby and Kalika seems to have fainted from the pain...
