It was a joke when he said did you take revenge.

Even afte knowing that Malik shot him he did trusted her.did you watch the episodes? He knew it before everyone else and hid the truth.

I think he will trust Madhu and will try to find out the truth.

That was a joke. He wouldn't bail her out when he thinks she attacked him deliberately. In Sultans track she was ready to leave him to save his life. She didn't want to do the scene and was worried.he asked her to so it.
