The actor's migrane problem has gotten worse over the last few months due to the hectic shoot schedule. Says Ruslaan, "I can't take medication all the time but I've realised eating food at regular intervals helps to some extent." Due to the long shooting hours, there is not much time for working out, so Ruslaan also has to watch what he is eating. These occupational hazards, we tell you.
