Arjun reasons things out with Shefali, telling her that Bhoomi may be alive.
Duggu on road to recovery.
Arjun asks Bhoomi how did she know about his blood group. Bhoomi does not answer. Arjun insists. Bhoomi tells him that before entering into a business deal she gathers all information. Rahul comes there just in time and tells Arjun they found out thru the license, he had found Arjuns license and forgot to return it back to him, and he hands Arjun back his license. Rahul sends Arjun back home.
HML and Savitri reach home and hear the baby crying. Savitri goes to check and finds Shefali sleeping and the baby crying, she brings the baby downstairs. Tells HML that it is very odd the baby is crying and mother sleeping, seems that she is not the mother someone else.
Bhoomi tells Rahul she is worried cause both Bapuji and Arjun are suspicious that she knows Arjuns blood type, and thanks Rahul for helping her out of the spot with Arjun.
Arjun comes home and seeing baby in Savitri's hand offers to take the baby, Savitri tells him its OK as it reminds her of times when Duggu was a baby. HML bring coffee for Arjun, both thank Arjun for saving Duggus life. Arjun tells them that he admires then that even in times of hardship they manage to stay happy and take things positively.
HML tells Arjun that all this is cause of Devika, if something would have happened to Devika in the accident they would not have been able to live. Arjun is surprised and questions HML further on the accident.
HML tells Arjun that a little while back, Devika met with an accident on the Mumbai Ahmadabad highway, there was another lady with her. Both of them had gotten burned, they were taken to Sanjeevani Hospital. The lady died, but their Devika was saved.
Arjun gets thinking, tells HML that his wife also met a similar accident on the Mumbai – Gujart border, her face was burned, he remembers going to the hospital to identify Bhavri's body, and then just call out BHAVRI.
At the hospital, Devika is taking a nap, with head on Rahul's shoulder (I think), she opens her eyes at the time Arjun calls out BHAVRI. Nurse comes to inform them that Duggu is conscious and they can go see him.
Bhoomi meets Duggu, tells him he has been a brave boy. Duggu tells her never to leave him, she promises and hugs him.
Arjun is sitting and thinking, Shefali asks him whats worrying him, did the baby not let him sleep. Arjun retorts that she is the mother she should know.
He then reasons things out aloud in front of Shefali that….
Devika Parekh and Bhoomi met with an accident the same day, same place. Maybe they were together. Both of their faces were burned. Devika underwent plastic surgery, but it could be possible that Devika died. It could be possible that Devika is not Devika but his Bhavri. Shefali tries to tell him its all his wishful thinking, but Arjun just continues on and tells Shefali that whenever Devika is near him he feels Bhavri's presence, he sees his Bhavri in Devika.
In the hospital Bhoomi is praying, she tells Bhagwan that her physical wounds have healed, but the wounds on her heart are still there, she had to separate from her husband, start a new life, and now her husband who she loved is standing in front of her as an enemy. Arjun comes there. Bhoomi thanks Bhagwan for saving Duggus life, and prays that he may fully recover. Turns to leave and sees Arjun standing there.
Arjun asks her about Duggu and she tells him that Duggu is fine and fast recovering. Arjun thinks that he has different feelings when Devika is near him and when she is out of his sight. Arjun tells Devika he wants to ask her about the accident. Devika is again surprised.
