The first part of the show was so well executed I wonder if the director lost his brains in the second half. I must say Rajat is a brilliant actor, there is a fire in his angry scenes, it blazes across the scene, it is a class apart and I cant praise him enough for his commanding screen presence. The way he threw down the sword just amazing such style with that signature smirk of his and transitioned into that sincere tone with Sukanya and ending with that proud satisfaction on his face, it is game set match for him, that 5 minutes was the whole show nothing else mattered after that. Take a bow Jalal the best sequence in the show so far, even if he kept the fort, he still would have been in the right, but by gifting it to Sukanya he made us all speechless.Rajat plays akbar's authority, anger, leadership, cunning, bravery and even his naughtiness so magnanimously that anything else that takes him down a notch is not good enough. I don't like romantic jalal this is the first time we have seen him genuinely romantic and it almost felt like he was begging diminishing his stature it made me cringe. It is even more distasteful when he is bowing down for a woman who is not worth it. How aptly he said he doesn't give anything away to anyone if they don't deserve it including love, I wonder what Jodha has done to deserve his love.
Jodha character is continuing on its downward spiral, whereas Jalal is on a steady upwards climb towards Akbar the great. It makes you wonder what does he need Jodha for she is not helping him at all. Oh right I forgot he wants love in his life, hmmm with the way Jodha character is written she is not worthy a life partner to understand the demands of him. Jodha is a perfect example for pride comes before a fall. I have to add that when Jalal was pleading with Jodha to come inside and she insists she knows where her jagga is I was chuckling what a duffod. Her king is telling her she is a queen, but her retort is no I am going to sit under a tree like a bikhari and freeze to death. Oh my dear misguided Jodha it is not your husband who doesn't respect you or your state, it is you who diminish yourself repeatedly with your unregal like behavior. I am debating whether this makes Jalal look worst or great, worst because he chose to love such a woman who is more of a liability for him than a strength, or great because love is truly blind amen.
Forget love how about she start being decent. The man who has no heart has more honor, patience, courage and strength in character on his finger tips. He is technically 16th century leader of the free world. She doesn't love him fine, but she needs to respect his position. The only reason she is getting away with anything is because he allows it, why does 16th century princess not get that. The fact that Jodha doesn't realize that pisses me off, writers can't write Jodha as a 21st century premadona

No I think she is actually the most beautiful woman in the harem.
Maham & Ruqaiyya keep saying that because they're crazily jealous. But she certainly isn't the most beautiful woman in Hindustaan so she really really should get over herself!!
