Your getting confused i think because VJ Andy apologised for saying thme words that might have hurt them but he again told them he was just doing it for the task and he has no malice of bad feeling with them words it was just a game to him nothing more nothing less. Now on Kushal incident he had no right to but in when Gauhar and Andy were talking calmly he is the one that got aggressive and hit him and for that Andy did not apologise. Two different things altogether he apologised to the girls for the words he used that might have hurt them not to Kushal who's actions are unquestionable classless and downright hypocritical when u watch the Tanisha issue regarding him and Gauhar.

The only reason this dude (or whatever he is) is there because every one is entertained by his stupid jokes, actions, etc. He has no intellectual value and would be gone anytime. Frankly, Asif was a better contestant than Andy but had to go because of lower entertainment value.
