why i feel Ayaan has some major health issue like we saw Humeira being heart patient...

what do you think? will there open a track on Ayaan's health issue ...

i don know what is his problem but something serms wrong for me

Yes he has two major diseases

1st extremely bad genes of both Rashid and Shireen

2nd Mental disorder inherited from his Dadi Badi Bi🤣

Like how Humaira has hole in her heart, he has hole in his brain...anyways...

Who cares ...Ayaan is the most useless character in QH. He is not responsible, caring, good looking or successful. Imran with all his Billi fiasco daag still 100% better than Ayaan's character.
