Arjun has his thinking cap on.
Bhoomi asks him to give blood for Duggu as his blood matches Duggus.
HML also questions Bhoomi on how she knows Arjuns blood group matches Duggus and Arjun also wonders and asks Bhoomi how she knows his blood group.
Duggu is taken in for the operation. Dr. Chawra informs the Parekhs that it's a very critical operation. HML tells him that he has always trusted God and would do the same at this time as well. Operation starts.
Arjun is at home, worried as there is no news about Duggu. Shefali tells him why is he worried about someone else's kid. Arjun gets angry at Shefali, and tells her that Duggu is suffering from Cancer. After finding out Duggu has cancer Shefali does calm down a bit but still is not happy.
Nurse comes out and tells the Parekhs that they need ORH Negative blood and that is not in their stock. Rahul leaves to search for the blood. Bhoomi thinks that Arjuns blood type is ORH Neg.
Arjun calls Bhoomi to ask about Duggu, she tells him that Duggu needs blood and as his blood type is ORH Neg, if he can give blood for Duggu. HML is standing next to Bhoomi and looks surprised. Arjun tells Shefali he is leaving for the hospital, when he stops and thinks that how does Devika Parekh know his blood type.
HML asks Bhoomi how does she know Arjun's blood type will match Duggus, Bhoomi is worried, but Dr. Chawra comes to take HML to sign some papers, and Bhoomi is saved.

Bhoomi wonders why Arjun has not come as yet, he is not that hard hearted a person, but then thinks maybe he is hard hearted after all, I hate him and will never forgive him.

Shefali is at home, Krishna in her arms, thinking that today he made me take back the Kassam, but now I know Arjuns weakness (looking at the baby) and I will make it my strength and now Arjun will do as I tell him to.
Mansen calls Shefali as Arjuns phone is unreachable, to find out about the status of work at Ahmadabad. Shefali tells Mansen that the work will get done, but Arjun has involved himself in the family affairs of the Parekhs.
Mansen informs Khushal Das and Yuv that Arjun is becoming irresponsible, Yuv I thinks suggests that he go to Ahmadabad to handle things himself.

He suggests to Mansen to use some tactics, that Arjuns backing out will give a bad name to the family and pressurize Arjun to marry Shefali. Mansen tells him that Taouji (Bade Dadaji) will not agree, Khushal tells him that there is a solution to every problem.
Everyone is waiting in the hospital eager for some news about Duggu. Nurse comes and informs them that is doing fine and fast recovering. Everyone is relieved. Bhoomi tells HML and Savitri to go home, Rahul Arjun and She wait in the hospital.
Nurse comes and gives Rahul a list of medications needed and he leaves to get them. Arjun offers to get some coffee for Bhoomi and she nods in the positive. Arjun gets her coffee, and they both drink. The coffee gets on Arjun's moustache and Bhoomi tells him to wipe it off. He tells her this is his old habit and old habits die hard. Bhoomi tells him time changes all habits. Arjun tells her that time cannot change memories.
Arjun starts pacing feeling uneasy. He thinks Bhoomi would have told him to eat sugar. Bhoomi tells Arjun that if he is feeling uneasy he should eat sugar.
