we still dont know whom khushi is afraid of! her husband! its evedint that Khushi isnt a bar dancer willingly. i doubt if she gets to spend the she earns for herself or SOMEBODY snatches it away😕

She was pathetic but at-least not dead...i couldnt get the 'dead' part. whom did she indicate by dead?all those girls killed by that serial killer!😕

she suddenly remembered those piercing
gray eyes. And his kiss....so khushi is already dreaming of Arnav!...m sure arnav is also doing the same😉

now coming to the final part...who is stalking khushi! at first i thought its Arnav. but then i think arnav the guy who covered her mouth n the stalker is that serial killer! Jenny, r u trying to create a impression thay ARNAV is the SERIAL KILLER!!!!...yep...i hav turned mad🤪

i think this FF is a perfect example of these two lines...
"Har chehre k piche ek chehra chupa hota hai. and "every coin has two sides 😊...everything is mystery here😕

Happy ending is a
constant in all my stories...i cried whn Mohini died. though arnav-khushi got a happy ending😭...i knowmy heart ll cry again for Mohini whn i read TIH again😳

Jenny...this ff is just AMAZING...dont u ever doubt it. nothing should make u think this FF isnt appropriate for IF...BAS...keh diya😛

Chapter 1:

Hello Jenny, new reader here 😉

I finally found something that you have just started so will start reading this first 😊

Wow, this story is full of mystery from he start, the year, December 1969, the setting, club/bar/hotel, Khushi is an exotic dancer and Arnav Ex Major.. Hmm rough and tough 😉 But he has a slight limp? So he is a War Veteran..!! I also would like to know where is this set? Delhi, Mumbai, Newyork, London? Are you going to reveal the location?

I loved the way you describe the setting and Khushi's makeup 😊 Both of their past is a mystery..! Khushi is living with some male, I wonder how is she related to him? And what was that last bit about Arnav? He killed his wife and her lover? Reminds me of OJ Simpson 😲 I hope this was just a rumour but then why did he not try to clear the air? God so many questons!!

The Kiss was Intoxicating!! Bas!!

Oh last but not least, the Banner!! It's Haunting!! (It has that Halloween setting 😉)

Chapter 2

Shadow of a Rose - beautiful title 😊

The Radio news was chilling and Khushi wasn't a least bit worried 😲 She walks alone to her workplace in the night 😲 I feel like I'm watching an episode of Criminal Minds

She misses him when he is not there 😉 And he manages to jump her (and us) by appearing suddenly in front of the changing room..!! Looks like Arnav is clearly interested in her but Khushi is cynical, did she have any bad experience before? And she decides to play along and see where it goes? The Rose was unexpected as if he read her mind..!!

How come Khushi is not afraid of him if she thinks he murdered his wife? May be his intense Grey eyes tell her something else 😳

The manager tells her to be careful but she gives him a philosophical answer.!!

The last part was really scary, I hope the person she ran into is Arnav 😲

Lovely writing Jenny!! I love suspense & mysteries and am banking on your word that it will be a happy ending 😊

Continue soon because I don't want Khushi in the middle of street at 11 pm all scared waiting 😉

What gripping tale you're telling, Jen. It's so mysterious and dark, and yet there's romance in the moonlight and res roses.

Khushi might at some point assume Arnav to be the serial killer looking at the circumstances and the situation. Also, his background does reflect such an outcome... it wouldn't be surprising to anyone. He's already believed to have murdered his wife and her lover...

More than Arnav, Khushi has more airs of mystery around her...for some reason. She's bitter and obviously doesn't have much hopes...

Seriously...at this point I can't even guess what might happen next. Eagerly waiting for the next part.

Whoa, Jen!!!!!!! Dat was very gripping!!!!!!!

A moonlight encounter and khushi's idea of a prince charming... beautiful!!!!!!!

Btw, m not able to pinpoint Khushi's background!!!!! But knowing ur knack for presenting an entirely different version to what might generally assume, I'll let my imagination rest!!!!!

Was that the serial killer who was following Khushi or was it Arnav????

Can't wait for the next update already!!!!!

Heheh buddy I'm in love with this ff! This is totally another leg of read! Wonderful man!

Ahh now we are playing along are we?knowing the end result? Just hoping life would give us a chance too! Sweet!

Floored are we by the hunk? Searching for him and all! Missing him after the second kiss! Sweet!

But his character is so intriguing! I swear I cannot make out! Knowing Arnav will never be a villain but still minds not settling! Hmm!

Her manager seems to be caring!

Arshis banter is fun! Whose bigger? Heheh!

Looking forward to the assurance he's scared the wits out of her! Also she was scared before thanks to the stalker! Are they one and the same?
