Just a scenario,maybe sahil ya lasha gal will kidnap bani's newborn and knowing how much desperate and attached bani is to the baby and that baby loss will kill her,JW can actually pass on pia's baby as bani's.
So basically docters will lie to him that baby is dead instaed of saying its kidnapped,and this will make JW take this step in a bid to save bani.
Pia will be told her baby is dead!!
Knowing JW i think he will do something and they will name the baby with another name,maybe the scene where J-B talk abt baby asking wt name will they keep if baby is boy emphasis that they want to name a gal krishna but not a boy!!!
So they will name pia's baby boy with some name.
After Leap in some strange circumstances DNA rports will state JW is not father much to his happiness and anguish!!!

Archie Brilliant. This is a totally positive way to move the story forward. We get JW completely "baizzat buried" and repto nowhere near JB. If she looses the trump card of JW baby she is in effect neutralized.
