Court :-

Episode begins with from where last one ended with Ganga saying believe me.. circumstances were like that we got married all of a sudden.. there is neither Doctor sahab's fault in this nor mine. I didn't know doctor sahab would fill my maang.. even I was surprised .but. there was no plan.. no lie in that.. Shekhars including Shiv are giving disgusted looks to Ganga Ganga is emotional .Jindal taunts Ganga to stop crying and control yourself , to prove truth in court you need proofs not tears and right now you have no proof that's why control yourself Jagya and Kabra are angry at Jindal's double standards Jindal says to judge In between Ganga and Jagdish this love story was going on since long, Ganga was separated from her first husband and was alone, helpless, and Jagdish took advantage of this situation by showing sympathy to her During this, Jagya got rishta of Sanchi who belonged to a respected family , an educated and a modern girl, Jagdish engaged her right away, he then spent time with her as long as he wanted and showed her dreams once he had enough of her he broke the engagement. Or you can say that such a twist came in Jagdish and Ganga's love story and Jagdish had to break with Sanchi forcefully and in a rush had to marry Ganga That's all your honor no further questions

Ganga is crying Now Kabra gets up to question Ganga. Before that he takes a tissue and gives it to Ganga to wipe her tears. Ganga takes it and wipes her tears Kabra glares at Jindal Jindal is ashamed of his behavior Kabra says to Ganga , everyone knows by now how your marriage happened with Dr Jagdish in two days , after breaking the alliance with Sanchi he came to meet you to Mangalore right away , but I want you to tell this to court what was the reason he came to Mangalore?. Ganga tells everyone what happened with her in Mangalore how Bala tried to rape her , how she was wrongly accused of stealing medicines from hospital how Jagya saved her in Flashbacks Kabra consoles Ganga while Judge writes down the points

Kabra then tells the judge Your honor this is such a love story that perhaps would have died in fulfilling the duties towards the relationships. But like we say, pairs are made by the God God made such circumstances that two lovers got together in end. There is no planning of anyone in it . It was their destiny Doctor Jagdish and Ganga's marriage had to happen so it happened Bhairon is very happy DS and Sumi are looking here and there Shekhars and Shiv are sitting with their heads down Sanchi wants to scream Anandi is moved Jindal does not know what to say now Kabra then tells Ganga, she can go, sit on her seat Ganga leaves

Kabra now asks from Judge he wants to asks some questions from Singhs family's head and Dr Jagdish's grandmother Kalyani devi now Dadisaa is shocked Judge grants the permission Dadisaa comes to witness box .Dadisaa takes the oath that she will speak the truth and nothing else. Kabra asks her you just tell me one thing according to you who was better partner for Dr Jagdish in every way Sanchi or Ganga? Dadisaa is shocked and look towards both Ganga and Sanchi Along with Sanchi she looks at Shekhars and Anandi too Shiv remembers him asking same question from Anandi. Dadisaa says, both are like daughters to me.. I cannot take anyone's name . Kabra says, you will have to tell.. you must have some your choice too you must be wanting to see some values in daughter-in-law of your family, in whom you saw those values the most,. among Ganga and Sanchi who is best to be your family's daughter in law according to the life styles and traditions of your house ? Dadisaa looks at Ganga and then looks at Sanchi along with Sanchi she looks at Shekhars too Dadisaa says, Sanchi tried a lot to change herself and make herself to adjust to the life styles and traditions of our family She worked really hard . Kabra says and Ganga didn't have to do anything for this Sanchi had to try to become like Ganga.. but Ganga was like that since before . Dadisaa is speechless now Kabra says to Dadisaa thank you now you can sit. Dadisaa goes to sit

Kabra then says to judge With Kalyani devi's statement everything is clear now if anyone was better to be the daughter in law of Singh family from every angle, it was Ganga and with this my previous point is proved too that Ms Sanchi's love was one sided ,which took the form of self-obsession That is why she wanted to get Dr Jagdish on every cost For which she tried to bring changes in herself, but she coud not succeed as it was because what she was doing it was just a show off not true . Sanchi is about to cry at truth revealing and Shekhars want to run away hearing this along with their lawyer

Kabra continues whatever Ms Sanchi was doing was show off to win heart of Dr Jagdish and his family. When her truth came out, Dr Jagdish broke the engagement right after hearing Sanchi's confession. Lastly, I want to say this Ganga is that simple and full of values girl who is suitable to be Singh's family's daughter in law from every angle which is clear from what Kalyani devi jee said Ganga kept being silent keeping her heart's wish in her heart because she did not have any more support Her child's upbringing was on her too that's why she could never build this much strength in her that she could express her feelings.. so she was trying to live separately , separating herself from her love. On the other side, my client Dr Jagdish also stayed quiet thinking about Sanchi and his family's happiness. and never expressed his love to Ganga But when he brought Ganga back from Mangaore to Jaitser after saving her from a false accuse. Then there ,situations became such like that he filled her maang and gave his name to her. There was no planning in this.. it was because of certain circumstances under heat of emotions Believe me Just like everyone, including Dr Jadgish 's family even Ganga was same surprised as she wasn't expecting it, neither had any hope for this That's all your honor . Jindal is speechless don't know what to say now

Judge notes all the main points Time is up for the day.. and the judge says that the hearing will resume tomorrow. Ira and Sanchi takes a sigh of relief enough of insult for today

Kesar Bagh:-

Ira brings Sanchi to her room , pampering her asking her to take rest Sanchi is scared and says I cannot take rest as I am restless thinking about what will happen in court tomorrow as tomorrow Anandi Bhabhi will be giving her statement if she messed up everything then ? Ira says their case is very strong nothing will happen I am sure Jagdish will be punished for what he has done . Sanchi says, it depends on what Anandi bhabhi says if she gave her statement in favor of Jagdish then? Ira says to her you don't worry I will will talk to Anandi.

Guest house :-

Dadisaa , Bhairon and Sumi together Daidsaa says to Bhairon she is worried, that Sanchi's lawyer he knows how to twist things and make his own false stories quite well He asks wrong questions like firing bullet if we lost the case then ? Bhairon says this won't happen Kabra is very experienced and good lawyer having much knowledge Unlike Jindal twisting the facts and twisting the statements of witnesses he talks with facts and truth and truth always win The judge is also pretty much experienced . He won't take much time in understanding who is right and who is wrong . Trust me the final decision will be in our favor because we are right. Sumitra says to Dadisaa she will bring tea. Dadisaa says yes go and bring tea I am feeling head ache Sumitra is about to go but right then, Ganga comes there with tea. Sumitra is angry. Ganga places the tea on table and stands near Bhairon Sumitra indirectly taunts Ganga God forbid if they lost this case.. nothing can be worse than this that I have to see my son going to jail with my own eyes Sumitra starts crying now what we will do now Maasaa Ganga is tensed on hearing Sumitra's words Bhairon says, I told you nothing will happen to Jagya.. if we lost here in this court then still there are enough ways to get Jagya justice , we will go to high court if lost there too then we will go to supreme court .but i won't let jagya punished for the crime which he never did. Ganga leaves from there tensed Sumitra asks from Bhairon because of which woman we have to see these days why you had to keep her with us here ? Bhairno says, what else could I do? Leave her alone in this new place.. and dont forget. Ganga came here to help Jagya, to save him and above all she is now Jagya's wife Sumitra is speechless now Dadisaa is pissed off with Sumitra but stays quiet and takes her tea

Kesar Bagh:-

Anandi standing by her room's window is recalling events that took place in the court earlier Jindal asking questions from Ganga Jagya angry at Jindal and interrupting how dare you talk like this with Ganga I told you she did not know I will marry her Ganga saying she never told her feelings to Dr sahab neither before his engagement neither after , Circumstances were like this that our marriage happened suddenly neither doctor sahab has any fault in this neither I , I did not know Dr sahab will fill my maang Anandi recalls Kabra's words about Jagya Ganga She says in her mind Jagya needed a wife like Ganga only. who stays with him in happiness and sorrows like a shadow. But what if Jagya has to go to jail? What will happen to their happiness then?

Ira comes there. Anandi is lost in her thoughts and suddenly notice her Anandi says, sorry maa.i. had no clue when you came here. Ira says, I can understand.. you're thinking what will happen in court tomorrow, right? I want to know whether you're also expecting the same result as all of us.. or you're expecting something else? You must have heard that after marriage.. sasural is a girl's house.. it's girl's responsibility to stand with her sasural in all situations. Along with this family, you have some responsibilities towards Sanchi. She is like your younger sister. You can't see anything bad happening with her. Shiv.. his daddu..Alok.. this family's pride is on the stake.. and it's your duty as a daughter in law to stand up with your family. You don't need to think too much. Forget the past and learn to look for the future. You should only be seeing Shiv and this family. If you speak against Sanchi in the court tomorrow, then I will understand that you don't care about this family.. and the girl who doesn't care about this family.. how can I accept her as daughter in law of this house? Anandi is shocked. Ira continues, there is only one way to save from this.. you must support Sanchi in court. If you do that, then I will forget everything.. I will forget how much we had to suffer because of you and your family. Everything will be like before.. just like how it was before Jagdish came in Sanchi's life. No one will have any complain.. all this depends on you, Anandi. Ira leaves.

Anandi looks at her kanha jee emotionally and says, in what situation you have put me in? What shall I do? If I support truth, then this family will get hurt. And if I lied, then my soul will be restless forever and I will a carry burden on my soul forever Jagya is innocent he will be punished for no crime... and Jagya , Ganga and my family will be in more trouble. What shall I do? Screen freezes on her teary face.

Precap: Sanchi throws Ganga out of her house . Ganga says, please listen to me once , believe me . Sanchi says, of course I believe you.. everything that you said is right.. I know that Jagdish is not responsible for my suicide attempt. Ganga says, doctor sahab has suffered a lot.in his life don't make him suffer more . please take your case back. Sanchi says, I am ready to take my case back.only. if you go away from Jagdish and his family's life.

Shiv tells Anandi, its important to examine the truth before reaching to any decision.. I am not saying that you're wrong.. but if you're right.. then you will have to prove my faith wrong.

In court, Anandi comes to the witness box. JaAn looking at each other

Thank you Hina for wonderful update. Finally Shekhar's and Singh's got to hear Ganga's Mangalore story. Poor lady had to tell everything that happened in front of so many people. Dadisa seemed moved by that story. Sumitra I couldn't tell.
Ira was saying to Sanchi that they will win this case 😕. She reminds me of Gauri's mom who would encourage daughter to take wrong path.
Ira knows Anandi is not going to chose sides but will chose the truth. So she starts giving lecture of how sasra is very important. Family honor is more important than an innocent man's life.

So far Jagya's case is going great ! I can't understand what provoked Ganga to go on that ill-advised begging trip to Sanchi. That seems mighty stupid !
