There were surely some slightly sharpish moments, like when he drank up the prasad himself fully and then she made that remark against the Mughals, etc.

I was just trying to think "Why did the Creatives show him drinking up all that prasad himself?" and my best guess was that the Creatives wanted to show that he was lost in thought about the portrait of Prithviraj, and his thoughts about the Rajvanshis and Jodha. He was preoccupied with these thoughts, so that suggests to me that he is not just looking at the Rajvanshis as wafaadars but now has started genuinely getting interested in their history, culture, thoughts etc. That too is a small sign of love for me. Because it is only when we get interested enough in someone, that we also bother to find out more about what makes them tick, and we get into the finer details of their background, their people, their culture etc etc. So in way he has started "deeply thinking" about Jodha and her upbringing.

The part where she inadvertently talks of the need for more brave Rajputs like Prithviraj to save the Rajputs from Mughals was a re-iteration of her position on Mughals. Even that was revealing about her and her clansmen for Jalal, because he was able to see the degree to which the Rajputs felt unsafe from Mughals.

Overall I'd say, it seemed like an episode where Jalal has shown more curiosity to know the Rajvanshi's better, and he would not have bothered with that unless he wanted to know Jodha's background better!

Coming to yesterday's episode , even though I m getting a bit bored with this nonstop Rana vs Jalal confrontations 😡 , but I loved rest of the episode especially the Jalal-Jodha convo where Jalal compliments Jodha for being upright , honest and straight with her POV , the way she has the courage to say it all in front and not talk or abuse behind his back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ .. I too love this quality of Jodha .. She might b blunt with her hatred towards Mughals or with her pride towards Rajputs which is irritating at times too but she says it right in front of Jalal 👍🏼 ... I bet no other begum of his will hv such kind of guts and this is what Jalal likes about her 😉😳... Jodha never says anything just to please Jalal and thats why Jalal too knows that if Jodha one day compliments or praises him for something , it will b 100% genuine and not fake 😳😳...

That is a very good point Jyoti, because if he sees her honesty when she is upset or peeved with him, he will also know her honesty when she is happy with him! Whereas as a King he must be used to a lot of false flattery too from all sorts of people!

It was actually funny to see Jalal's reaction when Jodha was praising Prithviraj chauhan for his bravery since the actor Rajat himself played Prithviraj in his career when he was a kid .. I so want to see a off-screen shoot of this scene .. I m sure Rajat had a blast shooting this scene and acting all amused as Jalal when the actor Rajat will know it all about Prithviraj 😉😆😆...

Yes, even I was thinking what must Rajat's thoughts be as he sees a puc of prithviraj Chauhan! I think he would be thinking this is such a crappy pic of al old man, could they not have found a better sketch?😆😆😆😆

Even though just like Jalal I too like Jodha for being straight and honest with her views but I feel CVs r a bit confused and inconsistent about her character .. at times she is all overwhelmed with Jalal's few gestures and at times she is a bit too rude with her views on Jalal even when he dint do anything wrong 😕.. I know CVs want to show that Jodha is trying hard to resist her liking for Jalal and so deliberately acting all rude but this is not really coming out properly in the episodes .. I will love to see some self-talks of Jodha in alone where she is thinking about Jalal's positives like his love for kids or his divine belief in God and respecting all religions and then confused about her mixed feelings for him 😳

Jyoti, someone else had asked two days ago for self-talks and I had told them they reminded me of you, since you are always asking for self-talks!😆😆😆😆 But yes, if we had a clue as to her real mind we may understand why Jodha is swinging in her moods so often!

Coming to the politics behind Sukanya's marriage about which Jalal is totally unaware of , I m worried as it might create some misundersatanding between Jodha and Jalal again as Jodha will feel Jalal is behind this nasty politics since Shariffuddin cannot do it on his own whereas Jalal will feel Jodha is blaming Shariff and Mughals unfairly as he is still clueless about this whole thing and this will put another temporary full stop on their new found attraction for each other 😭😭

Hopefully Jalal will find some creative way of handling the situation and actually looking good in Jodha's eyes. I feel that is the way it may go as Ekta has said that the situations now will bring the bond closer. last thing I want is another MU!😲
