he is trying hard not to twist his mouth while talking so that the makeup is intact. Or may be the entire face is shrunk because of the dried up make up and he may be facing problem in opeing his mouth properly😛
Or may be he is suffering from glossitis 😆 Or he becomes too self-conscious while talking in front of others 😆 Or may be he doesn't memorize his dialogues, thus speaks in code languages so that no one understands what his actual dialogues are.
I have plenty more reasons 😆
