Could all this bitterness between the families really be prevented if Anandi had not hidden things? If they all would have found out Sanchi's reality beforehand? If JAgya would have realised his love for Ganga earlier?
I dont think that once Sanchi fell in love with Jagya, anything that is happening now could have been prevented.

The day Shekhars Took the rishta to the Singhs, the relations were spoiled completely.

Had jagya and Singhs said "NO" at that moment, would the relations be the same happy relations again after that?

Wouldnt there be bitterness forver from shekhar's side after that, considering the singhs rejected their daughter?????

Seeing their behavious right now, i really believe that their ego would have got them so angry when jagya rejected their daughter!!! and sanchi would still have found ways to create this drama !!

the only was to stop all this was by the shekhars. they should have never encouraged sanchi by taking the rishta to the singhs. they should have explained to their daughter that this is not right and this rishta can never happen.

i'm not defending anandi. i still don't think by hiding things she's right and also her weakness shown right now is wrong compeltely
BUT
the first step towards this blunder has been made by the shekhars and sanchi and seriously whatevr anandi did or could do could never stop all this once the rishta was taken forward!

Sanchi doesn't accept defeat, she would have been after Jagya even if he had refused her in my opinion...everyone's luck ran out and everyone was cursed the day Sanchi got obsessed with Jagya. She put a nail in the coffin of several relationships. She's not a character who takes no for an answer, her sense of entitlement makes it impossible for her to accept losing...she felt that she deserves Jagya so yes, I agree with your post.

Maybe the extent of damage could have been reduced but still nothing good was ever going to come out of a girl like Sanchi with her flaws and issues, falling in love with Jagya..

This whole track is a mess.

I don't think there would be have been bitterness if the Singhs had said NO because the Shekhars came with the proposal thinking that the Singhs will say NO. They could not convince Sanchi to agree to a NO. They thought if she heard from the Singhs or from Jagya himself that they didn't want Sanchi as their bahu, Sanchi will agree. But, that did not happen.
Everybody is at fault. Anandi for not revealing things at the right time, getting confused, Singhs thinking that Anandi would be in problem if they said NO, Shekhars indirectly wanting Singhs to say NO.. Total MU from all sides. No proper communication.
All this boils down, if the Shekhars had raised Sanchi better then nothing of this sort would have happened.

Firstly, DS and Sumitra should not have created so many situations for both families to intermingle.

- Anandi should not have remained silent on Sanchi's bad behaviour. She should have shared it with someone. Too bad it is her nature not to speak against anyone in family!

- Shekhars needed to be more serious about Sanchi. Not dismissed her behaviour as childishness.

- Anandi should have done everything possible to keep Sanchi and Singhs (Jagya) away especially when she began to suspect Sanchi developing feelings for Jagya.

- Jagya should never have interacted much with Sanchi. He should never have been friendly, taken her calls, agreed to let her take him around Udaipur or helped her in her college assignments etc. Those things and times spent with him made Sanchi over-infatuated with him.

- Shekhars should have disagreed from taking this proposal to Singhs no matter what tantrums Sanchi threw.

- Shiv should have taken Anandi's concerns and reservations seriously. Used his own sense too instead of being passive in this issue all this while.

- Sumitra should not have brought this Anandi ka saasra issue and made everyone readily accept this proposal. They should have at least bought time from Shekhars.

- Daddu was bang on when he said it was infatuation. They should have thought along this line instead of thinking this is indeed love or Sanchi can make it work by changing! Or Sanchi can even change in first place!

- Be it Jagya or Anandi - they should not have hidden about Sanchi's BS. They needed to share this with some wise or trusted person family. Someone like Bhairon or CM. And then asked them, what to do or what to make of it.

- Bhairon and DS should have prevented Sumitra from doing this laado jaap towards Sanchi. Sumitra's extra sugary behaviour made Sanchi think her plans were going right and prevented Jagya also from taking step against this alliance.

- Jagya should have realised his love for Ganga earlier. Or when he realised he loved her, he should not have run away from this, letting time pass by - going to Mumbai etc. He should have refused the rishta in first place when proposal was brought to him (politely saying he was not yet ready for marriage) or refused earlier.

- Both Sanchi and Sumitra needed monitoring. Sanchi kept pulling machinations after machinations, she managed to turn Sumitra against Ganga. Sumitra's agreement to Sanchi fuelled Sanchi's bad intentions even more.

All are in some or the other, at fault in this situation. Mountain of a molehill!😡

It is true A could have prevented this Rishta if she was more open with Singhs. But on the other hand
If J said no, sanchi would ave devised different methods. She does not take no for an answer.
She might lie to people that Jagia flurted with her and backed off. Or she may even implicate him
in the rape case. Right now looking at what Shekhars did i will not put it past them. Shiv will
Conveniently bring up his past and say he has the habit of flirting with women and dump them.
Shekhars including Shiv are the most corrupt unscruplous people. I heard Army officers are
pretty corrupt. If given a chance hey will take over the nation like the Pakistani generals.
We know IAS officers in India. They are high strung and very conscious of their power. They will
Use it where they can.
For an IAs officer whose main skills is to figure people out, and who figure Jagia out, did he not figure
His sister out? Either she out foxed him or he knows and still trying to avenge Jagia for his past.

the bitterness could have been prevented if...
1)A was not such a people pleaser and doormat - i am totally indifferent to these type of emotionally driven people!!🤢
2)if A had kept clear communication with both mayka and sasra... and kept everyone in the loop about such things no matter how small they are.
3)A has no need to interfere and even think about Jagia... who he marries, what he does, how he does it... for god's sake stop this ghussugiri and chugali
4)if she had opposed the marriage from the start and made it clear that she won't budge from that position.
5)if she kept a firm stand against Sanchi from the start and did not treat her like a bachchi (her family is doing enough of that crap)...

the way to heaven is paved by good intentions - that is the moral of Anandi's story!! advice that should have been given to her during her marriage - concentrate on shiv and let the Singhs and Shekhars go jump off a bridge!!
