Where are Karuna s other children

In Dubai, Karuna was shown with two kids. One was in a buggy and other one was lost. So, where r they now?

😆for God sake.. even the creatives may not have any idea how many kids karuna got? and why was she in dubai? and then all of a sudden to catch the drug she was well in saree as a traditional massi beti😆 are you sure whether those kids are her kids or another hidden beti is wandering out there of massi or uday walia...
