Sumi doesn't have the grey matter to pro-act. She has fried them in the kitchen a long time back and can now - only react.
She has the typical mentality of a weak person who has lived under another more powerful thumb for a long time. Now - her sense of control can only come from bullying another - weaker - person than herself and by exerting her rights on them.
There is no such person here in the haveli anymore. Anandi gave her bhaav, but anandi's left, Saanchi pretended to give her importance but Jagya cut her off - so now she has to vent on Ganga - coz that poor girl has never ever answered anyone back - at least not in this Haveli.
So Sumi blames Ganga, accuses her, abuses her and will continue her tirade till DS once again gives her a royal dressing down.
More than Sanchi or Sumi - she needs DS to straighten her out with one of her good old tongue lashings. A tiny sample of which we saw day before. Sumi will then stomp her way off to the nearest kitchen and sob her heart out as usual š.
I'm amazed how Sumi still has the reactions of a kindergarten kid. she can't hold an arguement without resorting to screaming or stomping off. Maybe that's why Sanchi got along so well with her. Both idiots and both kids.
