Since some time I am thinking about this possibility ---
Is it enough to expose Sanchi and prove her guilty in the court ... giving testimony by either Jagya , Anandi or Sanchis' friends ...---- how she acted with malicious intensions ... how she deceived everybody, her wild and obsessive love on Jagya and her insecurity because of Ganga's presence in the near vicinity of Jagya ----
To gain Jagyas' love and to get rid of Ganga ...what ways she adopted ... are simple things to both Shekhars and Singhs , of course to Sumitra too for the time being !!
I am afraid even for the court too... though these are all valid points, but not enough to prove her guilty [ I have no idea about legalities and legal proceedings ]...and not sufficient to save Jagya ..and not convincing enough to show Sumitra how far Sanchi can go to get her wish fulfilled ! A strong point is needed here to prove her criminal attitude towards this issue !
Though looks vague...I feel ...Sanchi very much involved in that day's violence by Ratansingh!!
On the day of Gehnas' Godbharai ,She was talking with her friend on phone... while passing through that place ... watched those fake workers ..decorating the house, nailing windows, and moving suspiciously in BH!!
Her immediate reaction after realising the attack was why Jagya was there...at home so early ?
According to earlier plan Singhs [ except Bhairov,,,he left earlier ] have to start before 9 pm ...but because of Dadisas' insistence they agreed to start after 9.pm...and planned to left Gehna and Ganga at home !
Sanchis' angry looks at Anandi...why she called Jagya and asked him to check everything ok at home or not ...--
Then her brain washing Sumitra, with malicious intention to make her believe that Gangas' presence at home is the main cause , for this life threatening attack !
And there must be a connectivity between that palaks' eye lock with Anandi...--.for me her look seems as if she is accusing Anandi for all this fiasco !
Doctors' advice for Psychiatric treatment for her ...is not just for her suicide attempt...and demoralising while facing the reality...but a big criminal tendency guided her in this entire scenario !
This aspect will surface while testimonies by either Sanchi herself or by her friends or somebody else who has a link with this heinous attack !
Then after psychiatrists' confirmation, and advice for treatment...BV CVs' will save Sanchi with a small punishment !
This is my wild guess but with little proof..an argument establishing a fact !!
