Jagya has saved Saachi from RAPE, Jagya helped Saachi in her college studies at the request of Saachi...Jagya saved Daddu's life when he had heart attack...Jagya helped Ganga from Ratan Singh...ALL THESE events will help JAGYA'S case...how these events come into play depends on how CV's bring them up...

It will definitely come up. It should. It was a very noble act by him. I feel Ganga's testimony will be very vital too because the role he has played in her life shows how much he has changed. Now he's her husband but everything he did to help her before marriage is substantial evidence...her education, her entire stay in Mangalore, obtaining the custody of her son...her divorce from an abusive man...he helped her in all those situations.

I totally agree that Jagya changed Ganga's life and in turn his as well...Ganga's testimony will play a big role here...But I am curious to know how the rape incident will come out and how much it will factor in this case?

Yes points like Jagya saving Sanchi from rape, saving Daddu's life, telling Shekhars not to blame the victim when they were ready to pounce at Sanchi for that rape escape, his helping Ganga (and NOT marrying her all this while - it's very valid, that if he had a plan then he'd have married her earlier. Why wait?), his work at hospital and with village patients, his himself not coming close to Sanchi, not getting physical with her etc. can be used for him.

Must say Shekhars are very shameless to have gone after a boy who saved their baby doll from rape.

Even if you're angry, at least don't go to the extent of filing such cases against him. 😕

The fact that Shekhars were friendly with him earlier, didn't mind his presence around them (whether when he visited them or they visited Jetsar) and let their daughter roam around Udaipur with him earlier even before rishta - will also make them questionable - that how come they are after his character only now and had NO problem earlier?

Jagya himself never fixed meetings with Sanchi rather last time Ira had sent them out on a date! They can be asked why they were so pushy for their daughter for such a man, and how can they call him deceitful and characterless or a womaniser if he himself barely communicated with their daughter and never fixed meetings with her. He has never even been the first one to call up Sanchi. It is always Sanchi who would call him.

How come sanch's case(attempted rape by co students) never went to court.

I'm not sure if any of these things will be brought in the court or if they are relevant at all to this case also😕. I think defense lawyer can use these things to counter their claims of jagya being as bad as suggested by sanchi's testimony.
