I have seen and I am seeing star wars. Fan wars. Becoming a fan of say Khans, or Kumars or bachchans make one blind and biased. They loose the ability to see what is right and what is wrong.

One can become a fan and also keep fairness.

Salman Khan fans do not want to believe that Salman was really involved in all those cases. They try to justify. While his detractors blindly hate him.

When Sanjay Dutt was jailed, many from the industry blindly supported him just because he belonged to a great family and he a lovable star. While his detractors are merciless.

In TV world, I am watching in dismay that all shows have fuelled fan wars to such an extent that visiting forums has become a horror. Highly educated, intelligent people becoming prey is the saddest thing.

Life has become difficult for an unbiased person.

Yet I want to carry on. To give up means, giving up hope.

Liked your post. It's true neutral viewers always get bashed by fan groups.😕
Thts why I mostly stick to AT with like minded people. On main forum people attack personally😕

Dont give up, post your views.
In coming episodes we have to watch court scenes.Just watch it as Judge Judy show. It will be hilarious. I don't remember which episode and which year, but in one a man blames his ex-girlfriend for the loss of his business, his belongings and the care of his child and he sues her. I think after Sanchi's case, Jagya should sue Sanchi 😃

I agree, it is difficult for neutral people. But do not give up, neutral people should stay neutral to the unfair criticism also. Believe in yourself and let other people say what they want to say, try not to get affected. 😊

For neutral ones or even fans who like a character/actor but are blunt enough to criticise it is very difficult. Because fans have a stance of their own and always talk in terms of hater vs fan neutral is always bashed and accused of being fan of this or that.

I believe it is not compulsory to take sides and "stick" to them. Every person and situation should be judged for what it is and what is wrong should be condemned.

I have faced this far too often in different forums and communities (apart from this or IF). Abused or called hater or traitor!😆 It is frustrating but ultimately one cannot do anything except to ignore it or try to laugh it off. (It happens in this forum too. I know how much Gauri fans used to report my posts during her track. And now, I have been called a Gauri fan once!😲)

I agree there are haters with an agenda. But neutrals should not be clubbed with them.

I hate having to offer justifications or explanations all the time. Sometimes I move away from forums altogether. But then does it mean people like us cannot post our views?

Fans toh will hunt you down even if you write on your own personal blog/website or invite-only FC/AT/CC!

It's always "for us or against us" mentality through which they look at media, articles, actions, reactions. No other way.😕

I am new to this forum, and I have seen in this forum no one is bashing, they write their views nicely, I do not belong to any fan group here. But one thing should be noted that even if you are unbiased, harsh words against anyone should not be tolerated, one can write their views without being mean.

I too feel extremely hurt when people who claim themselves as a fan of a particular actor/actress verbally abuse someone else for absolutely no strong reason.
For example if Pratyusha was superb, and was universally accepted across the globe by the viewers as the ultimate Anandi. Even I am a great fan of hers.

However I felt too bad when Toral was humiliated for her looks (rather than acting skills) and even her and her husband's pics was sent to the forum and indirectly criticized by many forum members. I really can't get what moderators do to prevent such personal criticism? What's their job?
