Is salman given a script?

My question is does anyone know if he is given a script or has free reign as a host to progress the episode as he chooses.

My thoughts are that show producers must be giving him points they want touched and he adds in his adds in his own flavor which earns him the big bucks.

In that case, he isn't biased it's the show makers.

Does anyone know or have any input on how the weekend wow episodes are set up?
