Surbhi can wear what ever Ring she wants and wearing a K ring per say doesnt mean the K stands for Karan and that there is only one Karan in this whole world ie KSG !

I know fans get a lot of thrill and kick by knitting onscreen transpiring into off screen dreams BUT please learn to respect an actors personal life and space !
