Under what complaint will the Shiv's idiot cops arrest Jagya?? Other than Sanchi crying rape, I don't see how Jagya can be arrested. And if Sanchi does that and Shekhars allow it then there can be no bigger ghatiya people like them who would allow the tamasha of their own daughter to take revenge from Jagya. Or is BV team making their own law here? I think Ekta serials are sounding way better and BV is way beyond repair😲

Suicide attempts are usually not as treated criminal cases as the victim may get depressed further and lose the will to live at all. In some cases, they will be fined and let off.

If it is proved that sanchi faked this suicide to emotionally blackmail by Jagya, then it will be treated as criminal offence.

However an attempted suicide is sufficient reason for a court to forcefully commit someone to a mental hospital.
