I am unable to find any continuity in the story line or from episode to episode. It seems each episode is written, scripted and directed by different individuals who are not aware of what is shown the previous night.
Jodha was all high and praiseworthy of Shahensha to Hamda Bano and even said she is grateful for saving her life and yesterday with Jalal she was again spitting venom. She didn't ask how he was doing or has the scars healed or about his diet or his regaining strength or was this the good news he came he spoke of when he came to meet her but she blasted him about Amer and we didn't know what he wanted to say in the first place...nothing but questions about why he accepted the invitation and why is his whole family accompanying and why is he taking a huge army!! Really?? Its common sense if the emperor of a country goes to anywhere there will be security following him. Then their usual spat started.
Jalal was his mocking self as usual. I expected a mere thanks from him for saving him. And no recapitulation of what happened in the jungle, how she got him back to Agra, what he told her in the jungle about dying and not seeing his mom or Ruqaiya!
CV's just use common sense and judgement of what might happen after an incident like this. I felt there was no connection in the storyline. It seemed 2 different stories as far as Jalal and Jodha is concerned. We see continuity as far as Ruqaiya and Jalal is concerned, even Adham and Sharifuddin, even Maham and Ruqaiya...they all are maintaining the same stand but when these 2 comes on screen after 5 days what do we get some unrelated, incoherent speeches and interaction leading to a fight.
I know hatred changing to love has been and will be a major reason for high TRP's and popularity of a show or story but show it in such a way so that we can relate to it. Just meaningless spats doesn't pull me at least. I expected much more when they will see each other for the first time after this whole incident. And I don't mean I expected a hug or romance but a mere gratitude, an acknowledgement of each other and their help, some empathy from one human being to another.
A story attracts me when characters converse through their eyes, their gestures talk rather than their tongue, when silence speak volumes, when across the room amongst a raging crowd one can feel the heartbeats of the other...CV's you have 2 gold mines in your lead actors simply utilize them, remember a little goes a long way provided you know how and what and when to use.
CV's buckle up please, don't disappoint us.
