Definitely something is going on Jalal's mind, he was cool on the day he visited the dargah and also while hunting, he was not angry on Jodha even after he got hurt.
But all of a sudden he is angry and thinking of the ways to punish Jodha. At the same time he is mentioning her capability to prepare the cure. So this shows that even though he knows the fact that she helped him cure, he is not happy with it.
His statement "Even though the physical injuries are temporary the marks of the claw of the tiger remain" means that even though she cured him, her mistake remains, which indeed cannot be forgiven.
But the question is how is he going to punish her, is he going to fake love or something which he has been doing, which is again a puzzle. Because he is sometimes straight forward to Jodha and sometimes acts cunning around her(pretend to hurt, so that Jodha feeds him).
But all his actions to her were instant till now . But if he is planning to change his game plan now, he would go for fake love. If not he may continue the same behaviour...
