If sanchi died during that attempt how much havoc it would have created irrespective of sanchi's nature.

Ira and shekhars would have been shattered totally.

Anandi's position would have become extremely bad.

Sumitra would have become more rigid about forgivng Jagaya and especially ganga.

Jagya would have been guilt ridden and so will be ganga.

The entire BH would have been shocked and blamed Jagya and even Bhairon would have questioned Jagya's haste.

Sanchi would have become a martyr of sorts and even we would have felt sorry for her and cried.

Jagya would not have been imprisoned permanently. See Jiah's case. the boy got bail and now he is free. If people are so emotional and commit suicide, judges also will think before deciding the case.
there are so many love affair failures and suicides, but the remaining party whether man or woman are not convicted.

This would have created high drama. But CVs wanted to save anandi, Jagya and ganga.

I feel ganga will clear all this mess to prove herself as a perfect bahu of badihaveli. I don't know abt sanchi, jagya will be releived from sanchi but sanchi may plot some other plan to take revenge on him and would create problem in anandhi and jaGan life. Here ganga may get her family there shekhar's will depart themselves from sanchi.
