Jalal is struggling b/w his contradictory thoughts

Somehow I could feel Jalal is struggling between his mind and heart, especially from the last scene of episode. He was very involved while telling tht he loves Jodha till he turned towards Ruqqu. After he turned towards Ruqqu, he changed it into a joke which def cheered up Ruqqu. Again he turned towards sun lost in deep thoughts, didn't respond to Ruqqu's hug. Also he def knows tht Ruqqu will never accompany him to amer and he wasn't surprised when he heard the same.

Jalal wants to be with Jodha, he wants her to nurse, cook and do everything for him. He feels Amer trip is the best opportunity for it as Ruqqu will not be around. He indirectly praises her eyes and her speaking style. But he does it in a very teasing way so that Jodha gets angry and he can enjoy her nok-jhok.
To all others MA, Ruqqu, Aaadam & co he presents this trip as purely political mind game but for him it is for something else which he himself is not clear about. Definitely he is not a position to accept anything, bcos he always keeps saying tht he doesn't hav heart and everything is mind and political game.

I completely agree with you.. His expressions on the last scene when he was alone looking out to the sunset etc..was very telling..

that's what it looks like in last episode. He seemed different and his expressions were showing so much things at once maybe refelecting what's going on between his mind and heart. so agree with u.
