1) Since when breaking an engagement has become unlawful in India that Shekhars can actually file a complaint with the police about it??
2) As far as I know, attempted suicides are considered a crime... would not Shiv (an IPS officer?? right!!) know about this... what did he think when he actually started this complaint with the police to have Jagdish pay for his deeds?

3) They all knew how Sanchi was, before Shiv's wedding or throughout her life probably!!!!! but suddenly she has become all goody goody and the family does not even remember their old Sanchi who went "my way or the highway" route all her life!!!!!!

I mean seriously CVs...show some sense in this show... puhleeeaseee

Shiv did call police, filed an FIR too and they r interrogating the case. Today the police will ask questions about the reason behind saanchi suicide. Neither shiv is lying about saanchi suicide.
He is just being careful that the police don't treat the case badly or make it publish to the outside world. He is just trying to keep the case from going to press.

From some articles i have read, i guess breaking engagement can be punishable if it was done due to dowry demands and other such things. Even the policemen asked the same questions in last episode. So i guess this case won't stand in the court of law because Jagia told sanchi's family about his decision. I think no court will say to marry a person u don't like. So there is very little chance jagya getting punished for this.

Regarding the abetment to suicide charge, which i guess would be charge the police will file, will also not hold, because it will be proved that sanchi planned the suicide to scare ppl. In Last episode, the policemen asked about how anandi reached the place, did she hear sanchi's cry. Anandi clearly told that she heard some noise thats why she went there. How come a person attempting suicide will keep the doors wide open and make noises before that will be raised? i guess these questions will be raised.

Acc to law toh sanchi will definitely have to go to jail even if its real suicide attempt or fake. But shows me pata nahi kaise dikhayenge.

Engagement breaking is the new law created by our smart alec mamma ka laadla Shiva (after Sanchi's alien friends from Timbaktu planet invaded Shekhar mansion)

Shekhar's new campaign on Jagya hatao shadows the crime Sanchi committed by her fake suicide

Sanchi's goody girl image may have cut Iravati's naak as she probably was proud of her nasty attitude. Ira must have been overjoyed to see that her laadli beti is still evil. The additional bonus is that her laadla beta Shiv is also lost his fake goodness and making Ira's naam roshan
