When the trio chose Armaan to come to heaven what was Apporva meaning by telling abt pratyusha that iska mere haathon hi hoga?

If he had guts he could've spoken point blank on her face and I never saw him do that ever. What's so brave abt talking behind the back? He hadn't done anything on the show yet other than get that haircut. Why is he on the show? All he's done for so many days is just tag behind wife.
