DS- I think this woman has been reduced to a flowerpot role , what a debacle from a powerful conniving Kalyani Devi she is noa a hankering and pleading Dokri. I think her guilt has made her go senile and she is over-indulged Anandi just as she did Jagya earlier on. Somehow her redemption has meant excessive guilt and Anandi. I think she has lost the will to be head of this family. I still have a hope that if Jagya explain her nicely why he did all this , she might grow few grey cells and take charge. wistful thinking!

Sumitra- Well I will say her real character is out and about. She conveniently forgot about her widow pregnant daughter marrying an eligible man but is busy picking out a virgin fresh bride for Jagya. I think her insistence on Sanchi stems from her desire to get an "eligible wife" for Jagya who she can show off. And also she feels threatened that Ganga might replace Anandi in the household. Bahu is not the dauther of the house syndrome.Or is it her insecurity that like when Jagya left Anandi , he will go away also if he marries someone of modest thinking. She is sadly too blinded and unaware of her own doing. I see her being outcast-ed from everyone for a long time.

IN MY OPINION...a useless caricature of a mother and a wife

Jagya- This man has no tact and lacks way with words. Seriously cannot he tell and clear out everything to DS. And for once assure Ganga that even if she was not in the picture , he would have never married Sanchi, is it that tough? His immaturity is the reason why I never wanted him to marry just now, he has a long way to learn how to handle situations and people.

Well..😉...I think he has always moved in slow motion...

Ira- She is a Yo-Yo character. Inspite of their different backgrounds Sumitra and her have a lot in common, both have this sense that they are always right and just. She has over-pampered her kids and considers them a gift to the world. She can never find fault in them . Sanchi's condition has thrown her into a loony loop. She is helpless as much as she hates Jagya she will bring him to Sanchi , its like Sanchi is an insolent child and the only way Ira can handle her is by handing over her fav toy.

😡 She is seen by me as a character who is trying too hard to be a mother leave alone a good one and failing miserably.

Shiv- I am sorry but he is sounding and acting like an A*(%*&. This cannot be excused as some brotherly love, sorry he was absent from her life, tries compensating that with too much indulgence and is too blind to see the mental condition of his own sister. He is like Ira in a way that he would not seek the truth and consider himself as always right and virtuous.

Anandi- Pretentious statue!

😡 That is all I can say...however I wish she would SAY!!!

Ganga- She is too traumatized from her past experiences. She has severe insecurities which makes her feel like the culprit for every sneeze that happens in Singh and Shekhar household. She needs counselling and independence. Sadly her story is half baked and is meant to serve chai in a tray.

A question for all if Jagya is arrested and taken to court, will that affect his medical license, will he be disbarred on grounds of criminal charges or not?

Legally realistically ...NO...in BV...depends on the 'genius' who is writing the script.
