Well the bulb switched on.. Are Sahil and Aditya real father and son?

thats the only reason i can see that Sahil wants to kill his dad, and for the rest of the family i think that because he was always left out in buz wrk and house etc i think hes takin revenge for that..

but my question is are Aditya and Sahil blood related?
