I think what every Akbar is saying to rukeya
He is drunk

May be as I think so as one time he said to jhoda that when any one is drunk they true

So may be he drunk

now it makes sense too...even i began to think jallu is drunk...

but why confess to ruku...in drunken state he should confess to jodha...he once say that when a person is drunk...he never lies...jodha would understand his feelings and love for her...
