I supported her in the fight against Armaan and also when she was bullied. But you know what, after watching yesterday's episode and putting a few things into perspective my thoughts about her have changed a bit. It's true that Armaan was mean to her and Kamya bullied her but we need to realize that there are no black and white characters here. Everyone has shades of grey. And you know what her card actually worked because you could see how fervently many people including myself defended her fervently even though apparently this kind of convo was pretty normal between them. If she was uncomfortable, she should have pointed out the very first time. Even Hazel, who is a foreigner herself, hinted at this and said how Ellie wasn't being natural. Then consider what asif said about her and the way her hindi as well as the accent dramatically improves sometimes. If she is being deceptive and acting dumb then is that not fakery ?

Don't get me wrong, I still hate armaan for how he talked to her and how kamya bullied her. If I was there I would have defended her against them but at the same time I would have called her out for being dishonest.
