yes Krishna is Arjun and Bhumi's kid but Shefali puts Bhumi in an accident so she cannot Have a child because her uterus is destroyed or weak or something so they do invitro - fertilization and put Arjun and Bhumis kid in Shefali's uterus so that she can give Birth but the kid has Arjun and Bhoomis blood in him.
When Bhumi finds this truth about Shefali she tries to tell Arjun but Shefali has this strong web of lies and on the night she asks him to chose Arjun chooses Shefali over Bhoomi so she runs away from him. Same night she is kidnapped by shishupal and put in some cave where shefali comes to meet her
well shefali takes bhoomis and arjuns photos does some mantra on them and
pooh bhumi disaapears and Shefali is in the photos....Bechari Bhoomi is so bholi when she sees the photos she thinks Arjun had an affair with Shefali. Moreover she tells Bhoomi that the kid is Shefali and Arjun's and not hers and then she tells shishupal to kill Bhumi but LK saves her and Bhumi has plastic surgery and is given the face of Devika Parekh. Rahul tells her that Devikas son Duggu has cancer and will die if you do not pretend to be Devika. So Bhumi decides to take up that role. But b4 that she comes back to HH with Devikas face and sees Arjun not sad at all and letting Shefali do her manmani letting Shefali fix the kids name as nachiket instead of Krishna - the name Bhumi wanted to keep, she thinks everything Shefali told her is true. So she also thinks that Arjun must have helped Shefali get her out of the way - so she hates Arjun and does not go back to HH inspite of being alive....
Meanwhile Shefali does classic sucide act gains sympathy and gets the family member to insist and instigate Arjun Shefali marriage...
Bhumi also tells Rahul abt everything these people did and how they forgot her...So Rahul convinces her to take revenge and she is now trying to do that...
Frankly i agree with her
I hate the Goenka family - i mean when i see the old videos where Bhumi helped Mansen, Vishaka, Baisa, Gunvati, Shakuntala and moreover the whole family to get them together and they dont even remember her now that shes dead - i mean she spent her entire life living for this family and what do they do when shes dead - erase her identity completely and for whom? Shefali - who has plenty of evidence in the past of being wrong - the same person who threw Bhumi out of the house and threatened Shakuntala to release her secret and Baisa knows about Shefali why cant she connect the dots to see that this is exactly what Bhumi had said that Shefali wanted... i mean why cant Arjun realize that Bhumi always said - that Shefali wanted to marry Arjun and get him... why doesnt Arjun instigate Yuv and Shefalis marriage again or why cant he raise the fact that Shefali always knew this was going to happen after the child's birth and what if Bhumi was alive today?? wouldnt she still be having no-rishta in this house?? what would she have done then??
