yes. the standard amount is 8 lakhs per week, 30 lakhs a month stay and one crore for those who reach upto last day (mostly 4 people).
got the info from a former bb contestant's net interview.

(a few contestants like Sidhu got paid more due to their market value/personal brand name).

That's a big amount !
No wonder they do whatever BB asks them to do for gaining TRPs ! 😆

They are paid higher then serials n others shows etc, because they are 24 hours in front of camera live on the show day & night... so that amount makes sense.

But they can make additional money-

For creating love story - additional 5 lakhs
For massages - 10, 000 per session
Rona-dhona - 50, 000
Abuses/fights - 2 lakhs

Last year's BB was on a shoe string budget (mainly on left overs after Samlan's fat pay cheques).

They slashed top prize of 1 Crore to 50 Lacs and contestants, barring Sidhu, scrapped 2-3 lacs per week.

BB team came up with small sops like 5 lacs for the best entertainer of the week for 2-3 weeks during the whole show duration and also awarded Imam Siddique a 15 lac cheque on the Finals night for being most entertaining during the season.

This year, yop prize is 1 Crore again, so may be they have got a better sponsorship deal this time.
