Vidya Balan, the repeat offender
Vidya is pretty, no doubt, but the fashion police has always criticized her and not without reason. When she's not dolled up in Sabyasachi or saris, Vidya's sartorial sense takes a sarcastic turn for the worse and ends up right in the gutter.

What is she trying to be ? a Jhansi Lakshmibai in a ghagra? She is one of the atrociously dressed females of the industry and definitely lacks confidence in carrying herself.
